Some scholarly fun

Heya, been to Cambridge for a day trip last Saturday. Was down with a cold but went all the same since we brought the tickets alr! But I went well prepared with loads of tissue paper.. hehe *sniff sniff*

The morning was a really unlucky one cuz Victoria line was totally closed on Saturday for some construction work! My hall mate and I were frantically searching for another route to get to Victoria coach station, and in the rush, I left one of my cute pink mitten on the tube!!! *Cries*

When we got there, the bus had just left the station! ARGHH... so we brought a one way ticket to Cambridge... *money flies*

But the rest of the day was awesome. Cambridge was absolutely stunning, the place just oozes this scholarly aura that made me feel a lil smarter (pun intended) XD..... We went punting and listened to the King's College choir during the evening. The choir was amazing! Voices of angels...

Here are some sights of Cambridge:

Me and my brother. See the tree behind? Its the decendent of Newton's apple. They took the seeds of that apple and planted it here.

Thats punting. We saw all the 7 colleges by boat. Good rest for the feet!

Thats the mathematics bridge! haha.

There are better photos in my brother's camera. Will upload it as soon as I get my hands on them!

Munching on a muffin now btw... I am such a pig

A cute one I hope!

About Me

Currently a student in London. Loves travelling, day-dreaming, pigging out on good food and dancing. I think one of the greatest blessings of life is to wake up in the morning without an alarm clock. Having a great time means a deep and meaningful conversation with friends. Absolutely hopeless in networking, words doesn't come out if I am pressured to talk. But if I feel like talking, you would wish you never had ears ;P
